Yep.... trade winds! Have done that passage a couple of times and after a boisterous sail, the Tuamotus are even more appreciated... ! I'm sure you've already discovered the joys of Polynesian pronouncing every vowel. You'll get used to it. Fyi, its Ra-roy-ah and Too-a-mote-toos. IaOrana is a fun one (ee-or-rana, our boat was named that, handy in FP) but worth knowing as it's the hello of Tahiti, sort of like aloha in HI but more authentically used. So enjoying to see everyone passing that way, reminiscing, good times!

Hi Guys....⛵ Calico Skyes Everything has been GREAT, but you should be very careful when walking on the lee deck, a very pronounced angle of the boat can suddenly make you lose your balance, AT ALL TIMES, whether the weather is good, bad or fair, WALK TO THE WINDWARD and wear shoes, a bad footing can bring ahit with some difficulty. P.S. That Fatu Hiva anchorage looked like a rice and mango with so many boats crowded there. Bill realized this and left there. Great, good fortune. 4 hours before leaving you should put patches behind both ears. 🎉🎉🎉🎶🎵

Grace could you not get the extended visa or did you not try? Delos didn’t need it because Karin is an EU citizen and can stay technically indefinitely… stupid Brexit messed that one for me :( The contrast between the two island groups is so amazing. One and two on my bucket list. Always brightens my day when you and Bill upload. My favorite You Tubers :)
